Instagram has got hold of a number of new features, lately. We recently saw the introduction of Reels Visual Replies, newprivacy features for teens, and a lot more. The latest one to join the list is a new Profile Embed feature, which will allow you to insert a mini version of your Instagram profile on a website. The feature was announced by the Meta-owned photo-sharing platform’s CEO Adam Mosseri. Here’s what it is all about.
Instagram “Profile Embed” Feature Introduced
With the new Profile Embed feature, Instagrammers will now be able toshow a mini version of their profile on websitesto further increase their reach. It will prove helpful for bloggers, journalists, and content creators, making it easier for them to attract more people to their Instagram profiles.
This new feature comes in addition to the ability to embed Instagram posts on websites. Users will also be able toembed other creators’ Instagram profiles on a websiteto better the reach.
Another feature isInstagram Reels Visual Replies. It allows users to reply to comments on their posts with Reels. The postreplies will appear as a stickerin Reels. The feature is highly recommended for content creators on the platform. Also, this feature is copied from TikTok, which recently introduced a similar feature last year.
Apart from this, Instagram has started getting anew ability for users to record and post Instagram Stories that are up to 60 secondsin duration.
